A complete professional foundation for straightening, texture control and heat-perm services, with strength selection and pre-/post-treatment support.

- Perform a complete hair and scalp consultation before every service.
- Follow the current product label, official technical guide, patch-test requirements and applicable Australian salon procedures.
- Do not use on an irritated scalp or where the service is contraindicated.
- The operator must adjust product selection, quantity, processing and heat to the client's hair history and condition.
Professional workflow
- Consult and diagnose: record previous colour, bleach, perm, straightening, heat damage, porosity, elasticity and scalp condition.
- Cleanse as required and dry to the level specified in the current technical guide.
- Apply the selected pre-treatment to vulnerable or damaged areas without overloading the hair.
- Select Ferst or FERCO strength by diagnosis and service objective. Do not mix or substitute strengths unless the current official guide expressly permits it.
- Apply evenly, protect previously processed areas and process strictly to the current label and strand-test result.
- Rinse completely, then continue with the service-specific drying, iron or winding stage.
- Apply the specified second-stage/neutralising product according to the current label, then rinse thoroughly.
- Finish with CMC/PPT support where appropriate, dry and assess the final result before home-care advice.
Build it into your salon menu
Set the client service price from time, product usage, hair length/density and stylist level. The system-kit product price is not a recommended service price.
