These Terms govern the use of skinnco.com and purchases from Skin & Co Australia. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Retail and professional access

Retail products may be purchased by general customers. Professional products are intended for approved salon customers and may require account approval and sign-in. We may request business or salon information before approving, maintaining or restoring professional access. Professional access must not be shared with an unauthorised person.

Product information and use

We aim to keep product names, images, sizes, descriptions and availability accurate. Packaging may change. Customers must read the product label and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Professional chemical products must only be used by appropriately trained users. Website content is general product information and is not medical advice.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Retail and approved salon prices may differ. Applicable taxes, discounts and shipping charges are shown at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment or the agreed B2B payment arrangement is approved and we confirm the order. We may cancel or limit an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorised professional access or unavailable stock, and will provide an appropriate refund where payment has been taken.

Stock and overseas-warehouse products

Some products may be marked Available from overseas warehouse. These products are consolidated to Australia before domestic Aramex delivery and have a longer expected timeframe. Availability may change before the overseas warehouse confirms the order. If a paid item cannot be supplied, we will contact you with the available options, including waiting, substitution, cancellation or refund as appropriate.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping, tracking, delays, address changes, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the policies displayed on this website. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false account information, interfere with store operation, copy content unlawfully or use a salon account to purchase restricted products for an unauthorised person.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Skin & Co Australia is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of a product, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised professional use or events outside our reasonable control. This clause does not limit any non-excludable consumer right.

Changes

We may update these Terms and website policies. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
