For order, product, salon account, return or delivery enquiries, please include your order number and the email address used for the order. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and New South Wales public holidays.

Salon account enquiries

Salon customers should contact us using the email address they want to use for their approved professional account. Professional access is provided only after approval.

Delivery enquiries

Domestic parcels are delivered by Aramex Australia. Please use the Aramex label number in your dispatch email for tracking. Contact us if the tracking record shows an exception or if the address needs correction before dispatch.
