Before every service

  • Perform a complete hair and scalp consultation before every service.
  • Follow the current product label, official technical guide, patch-test requirements and applicable Australian salon procedures.
  • Do not use on an irritated scalp or where the service is contraindicated.
  • The operator must adjust product selection, quantity, processing and heat to the client's hair history and condition.

Professional workflow

  1. Consult, inspect the scalp and record sensitivity, oiliness, dryness, visible irritation and contraindications. Refer a client with inflamed, broken or clinically concerning scalp conditions to an appropriate health professional.
  2. Gently assess scalp mobility, then brush and section the dry scalp without scratching it.
  3. Apply DeLamo Scalp Bubble Shake section by section, massage gently and cleanse according to its current label.
  4. Rinse thoroughly and shampoo with the salon's selected cleanser where required.
  5. Apply DeLamo Scalp Pack evenly to the scalp and hair as directed, massage and process according to the current label; use steam only when permitted.
  6. Rinse completely and towel-dry.
  7. Apply CHAMENNE RCS precisely to the scalp in sections, massage gently and leave in unless the current label instructs otherwise.
  8. Dry, reassess the scalp and record the products, massage duration and client response before giving a simple maintenance recommendation.

Diagnosis-led adaptations

  • Oily or congested-feeling scalp: focus the Bubble Shake application on the scalp, keep massage controlled and rinse thoroughly.
  • Dry or tight-feeling scalp: use gentle friction, avoid excessive cleansing and give more time to the Scalp Pack massage within label directions.
  • Sensitive scalp: reduce pressure and heat, use shorter contact and stop immediately if discomfort or visible irritation occurs.
  • Do not position the service as treatment for hair loss, dermatitis or any medical condition. Describe it as professional cleansing, conditioning and relaxation care.
