Before every service

  • Perform a complete hair and scalp consultation before every service.
  • Follow the current product label, official technical guide, patch-test requirements and applicable Australian salon procedures.
  • Do not use on an irritated scalp or where the service is contraindicated.
  • The operator must adjust product selection, quantity, processing and heat to the client's hair history and condition.

Professional workflow

  1. Diagnose porosity, elasticity, thickness, chemical history and the desired finish.
  2. Cleanse with the salon-selected shampoo, then towel-dry. Dry more thoroughly as damage increases.
  3. Apply RCP as the protein foundation. Reference usage is approximately S 10 mL, M 20 mL, L 30 mL; adjust for density and condition.
  4. Apply RCN after towel-drying. The official training material permits steam or controlled heat where appropriate.
  5. Select RCM or RCL to suit the hair condition and desired moisture/finish, then apply through the lengths and ends.
  6. Process under the approved protocol, rinse thoroughly and apply TM or TL according to the diagnosed finish requirement.
  7. Towel-dry, apply HSS before blow-drying and finish the hair.
  8. Record the formula and response so the next visit can reproduce or refine the result.
