A layered professional treatment designed to support moisture, protein, internal conditioning and surface finish in one repeatable salon protocol.
APPROVED SALON ACCOUNTS ONLYBefore every service
- Perform a complete hair and scalp consultation before every service.
- Follow the current product label, official technical guide, patch-test requirements and applicable Australian salon procedures.
- Do not use on an irritated scalp or where the service is contraindicated.
- The operator must adjust product selection, quantity, processing and heat to the client's hair history and condition.
Professional workflow
- Diagnose the hair and confirm the target result.
- Shampoo with IM Shampoo. For fine or colour-treated hair, an alternative cleanser may be selected under the salon's approved protocol.
- Towel-dry, apply A1 evenly and comb through.
- Blow-dry severely damaged areas first; otherwise dry the hair approximately 70-80%.
- Apply PAPA and blow-dry with cool air.
- Apply A2 and process for 10 minutes.
- Rinse, then shampoo with the selected MUCOTA cleanser.
- Towel-dry, apply L/B, massage for 2-3 minutes and rinse.
- Towel-dry, apply MUCOTA Oil and finish with a final blow-dry.

Set the client service price from time, product usage, hair length/density and stylist level. The system-kit product price is not a recommended service price.
